I spearheaded the research and development of Children’s and Tween fashion accessories for Target stores.
Within Target’s requirements, I translated fashion and retail trend data into insights to support merchandised programs for each season. I conducted an in-store retail analysis of their competitors, analyzed data to ensure items were selected before their peak, conducted Sustainability research, and did an omnichannel marketing analysis of their top competitors.
I lead the Graphics team in the product development of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and accessories to match each trend represented; 3 trends per season.
